PRO-FLO™ 525 & PRO-FLO™ 900 Tailgate Spreaders

Both the PRO-FLO™ 525 and the PRO-FLO™ 900 Tailgate Spreaders are built with 2-stage, auger-fed delivery systems that can handle bagged or bulk salt, sand or a salt/sand mix. Heavy-duty features, including
12-volt dual electric motors, a low-maintenance steel spinner, steel-rod top screen, molded polyethylene lid and standard vibrating inverted V provide exceptional performance in any conditions.
6013PRO-FLO™ 525 Tailgate Spreader

The PRO-FLO 525 Tailgate Spreader features a 5.25 cu ft hopper that holds up to 420 lb of bagged or bulk salt, sand, or 50/50 mix. The 10" spinner is made of nylon/glass reinforced resin and delivers a spread pattern up to 30’.
 
6012 PRO-FLO™ 900 Tailgate Spreader

The PRO-FLO 900 Tailgate Spreader features a 9 cu ft hopper that holds up to 720 lb of bagged or bulk salt, sand, or a 50/50 mix. The 12” steel spinner casts a spread pattern of up to 40’ wide.

Two instant-start, 12-volt electric motors provide quiet, reliable, independent control over the auger and spinner mechanisms. The spinner motor is sealed inside a weather-resistant housing, protecting it from corrosion.
 
5951 Dual Variable-Speed Control

Enhanced, dual variable-speed control allows you to precisely match delivery and spread patterns to conditions. Three standard accessory buttons and a dedicated blast button provide optimum in-cab efficiency. Easy-to-understand, digital self-diagnostics alert you when the spreader is empty or when adjustments are needed, and LEDs make the control easy to read. Its compact size compared to traditional controls fits easily into today's modern truck cab designs.

Each PRO-FLO™ tailgate spreader is built with a heavy-duty, powder coated, horizontal steel auger for strength and performance.
 
6017Spinner Assembly

The PRO-FLO 900 features a 12" steel spinner (shown), and the PRO-FLO 525 features a 10" spinner made of nylon/glass reinforced resin for a long, low-maintenance life. On both spreaders, the spinner motor is sealed inside a weather-resistant housing, protecting it from corrosion.

The steel-rod top screen breaks up large material chunks for while loading for improved performance.
 
6043 Latching Lid

A latching, molded polyethylene lid protects material from the elements.
 
6020Vibrating Inverted V

A standard 12-volt vibrator is directly connected to the inverted V, providing maximum agitation to help break up large clumps and ensure the smooth flow of material.

This tailgate spreader comes standard with a combination 2" receiver hitch and 3-point combo mount.

PRO-FLO™ 900 Vehicle Mounts*
Available options include pivot mount, 2" receiver hitch (requires adapter mount) and 3-point hitch mount.
